not a stock promise.
Agree what will be measured and documented before manufacture. Critical features, inspection methods and acceptance criteria should be visible on the approved drawing.
This website does not claim AS9100, ISO certification, approved aerospace-supplier status or flight qualification. Any required certificate or process approval must be checked for the specific supplier, scope and project.

A clear route from CAD to delivery.
02 / Review manufacturability
Review geometry, build orientation, support access, powder removal and finishing allowances. Confirm any design changes before proceeding.
03 / Agree the quotation
Confirm material grade, scope, inspection, documentation, lead time, shipping and commercial terms in writing. Catalogue prices are not binding manufacturing quotes.
04 / Freeze the revision
Approve the drawing and manufacturing plan. Revision changes after approval may affect cost, schedule and acceptance criteria.
05 / Build & verify
Follow the agreed production and post-processing route. Inspection is performed to the scope accepted in the quotation, not an assumed universal tolerance.
06 / Deliver & review
Check part identification, agreed records and packaging. Report nonconformities with photographs, measurements and the relevant drawing reference.
What to agree before production
Drawing control
Specify part number, revision, units, datums, critical dimensions, tolerances, threads and finish. A CAD model alone does not define every acceptance requirement.
Inspection scope
Identify measured features and methods. Request dimensional reports, material records, CT, leak or mechanical testing only where relevant; availability and cost require confirmation.
Use and validation
Prototype acceptance does not establish fitness for road, race or flight use. The responsible engineering team must define the validation and regulatory route.
Delivery & issue resolution
Delivery dates, packaging, shipping terms, taxes and import responsibilities are agreed in the quotation. Confirm inspection and documentation before the order is released.
If a result differs from the approved specification
Retain the part and packaging. Provide the order reference, part number, drawing revision, photographs and measurement evidence. The issue is reviewed against the accepted requirements and agreed order terms.
Custom-order cancellation, rework or return arrangements must be confirmed in writing. This page does not override applicable law or a signed agreement.
